My Baby Brother Needs Help

Hi. My name is Nancy. I'm fundraising for my bevy brother Jeff McCabe. He has had a pretty tough year Physically. He's been to the doctor numerous times and to the ER for severe abdominal pain.

They finally found the problem this week!!! Thank you Jesus!!!!!

He was found to have a hole in his colon and it was leaking. He had a severe infection. He spent 2 days in the hospital on strong, IV, antibiotics. They decided Tuesday the 6th to do surgery to repair the hole and get a handle on the infection.

He was in surgery less than an hour after this decision was made. The surgery was supposed to be laparoscopic, but the damage was worse than they originally thought. They had to open him up to accomplish what they needed to do. So now he has a colostomy bag and a long, very long recovery ahead of him.

This means he can't work and there are bills and rent to be paid. I love my little brother (even if he is at times a pain) if there is any way you can help I would be forever grateful. (As would he and his wife, Carla)
