Hi, my name is Tara. On Monday, January 23rd my baby brother at the age of 42 collapsed. He had lost all feeling in the left side of his body.

He had suffered a brain bleed, several minor strokes (Hemorrhagic Stroke) and paralysis on the left side of his body. His blood pressure was through the roof. After a week, they still have no idea why, and are still trying to regulate his blood pressure properly.

He is in ICU at St. Mike's hospital and will be in the hospital for quite a while before being sent to rehab/physio, hopefully, closer to home.

His wife Laura, and 12-year-old son, William (along with my parents) have been travelling down every day to visit him, feed him and watch over him.

My brother does not have disability insurance or medical/drug insurance and will be off work for a considerably long time, so I am looking to raise funds to help pay for their monthly living expenses, hospital parking, and any medical supplies needed for his new condition to be able to come home one day.

Words can't thank you enough for any amount you can give to ease their financial burden as my brother tries to get recover.
