On Sunday July 26th, the heavens received another angel. My only child Jacob Tyler Chapman age 27, was taken too soon from this world without warning. My son is outlived by his only child Armani Chapman who resides still with his mother in Weed CA. My son left his mark on the world with his infectious laughter and smile. Jacob enjoyed spending time with his son Armani and enjoyed rapping in his free time. Words can not express how heavy my heart is knowing that I will never be able to see my baby boys smile or hear his laughter again. With his sudden passing, I am struggling to figure out how I’m going to pay for his services as a single woman on disability and no income of my own.
