Ladies and Gentlemen,

Vlad is Prison Officer with DCS/DOJ for last 11 years and counting, currently working at a Prison in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

He is a Husband, Father and a very keen sports shooter, hunter and general outdoorsman. He has dabbled in shooting sports for couple of decades now, but since his deployment to the the WA North he has finally found more time and decided to take on the Sport in a more competitive nature.

Vlad has since attended and competed in the Australasian Police and Emergency Services (APES) Games in Perth 2018, Rotorua, NZ 2023 and was hoping to attend Hobart 2025 (but due to a trip to a much larger and arguably more prestigious international event in USA he has had to abandon that idea). Vlad has competed in Australian Police Nationals in Adelaide in 2023 and multiple smaller Club level competitions.

Unfortunately, Vlad does not have any Sponsors, so all those Events, firearms, ammunition, training etc are all out of his own pocket. Vlad's previous attempts to find some assistance did not yield any results and that is the rationale behind raising a GoFundMe page.
