My Arms Are Falling Off

Title is light exaggeration but doesn't feel like it sometimes. I hate to do this but running out of options. Long story short, I injured both of my elbows and was forced to leave my restaurant job due to medical reasons in June. I need to get to the orthopedic surgeon sooner rather than later, and so far the unemployment office has been useless. I can't tell if they don't believe me or don't care. We have several bills overdue as well which isn't great.

Anyway, I have student loans coming in September, so if you give me your Venmo or whatever I can send anything back you send me if you'd like.
