My Animated Life

Hi!  My name is Lauren.  I am a junior in high school and am passionate about art and animation.  I want to pursue animation as a career and plan to attend college to study animation.  I have been studying animation since 2015.  Unfortunately, the animation school that I was attending closed in the summer of 2018.  However, I was fortunate enough to get accepted into the University of North Carolina School of the Arts 2019 Summer Animation Intensive program.  It was the most amazing experience.  I learned so much and met so many great artists and animators.  I have been invited back to UNCSA to attend the 2020 Advanced Summer Animation Intensive which is a longer program than I attended last year.  I am looking forward to continuing to grow my skills as an animator/character designer as well as getting to collaborate with other students and animators.  Thank you in advance for helping to support me in my dream of becoming a professional animator.  I appreciate all of your help.  Every dollar helps me to get one step closer to North Carolina.  So, every donation counts!
