Please help me and my family with covering medical expenses

So as some may know I was in a bad accident on April 10th at work when I was leaving for home. They are not sure what caused my accident yet, im still waiting to have test to done, to figure out what happened so it doesn't happen again. I crashed head on into a big concrete barrier . That caused the front end of the truck(dash) to crush my legs pining me in with multiple fractures on multiple limbs/areas of my body and laceration . The emergency responders had to cut the door off and use air bags to pump the dash off if my legs, to get me out safely. They rushed me to the hospitalt immediately for surgery i am very lucky to still be alive and for that i am forever grateful to thoes who helped save my life thank you. The dash crushed and lacerated my legs bone deep on both my legs. Left leg with multiple fractures and my ankle tibiabone femur and kneecap. My right leg has multiple laceration, fractured ankle and torn 3major tendants in my knee. Fractured rips on both sides 2 on my left side. 9 on the right side , and a punctured lung and a few Hematomas. I have three surgeries done at the same time when i first came in and two more after that one on each knew multiple srews metal rods pins and plates holding me together hoping all of them tak and heal well. Frankly im doing this as a last resort im scared we wont have enough to make ends meet between the medical expenses on top of rent and other bills. With our son having autism this is throwing of his routine and scheduling. He doesnt understand why mommy cant come home and Nathan is left to handle it all . I'm not one to ask for help but I'm afraid we need help to make it through this rough patch until I'm well enough to go back to work . Anything help even if you can't help share our story and prayers♥️We will take any help we can get at this point going on just over two months in hospital and counting it will be a long to road to recovery ❤️
