Hello! My Name is Ameria and I am currently an 8th grader at Akira Toki Middle school. I am fundraising money to support my trip to Washington D.C! The trip starts June 14, 2020  but I need to raise funds by April 19th, 2020. The money will cover round trip transportation, sightseeing admission fees, 24-Hour emergency support, room and board.  I will be traveling to Washington D.C, Gettysburg, PA, Williamsburg , Jamestown, and VA to explore our most important historical sites. An opportunity provide by Worldstrides / Smithsonian in collaboration with Toki Middle School. Being able to go on this trip would mean a lot to me because I want to see the African performances, Arlington National cemetery, the Holocaust Museum, and the World War II Memorial. This trip would expose me to different cultures and learn about where MLK Jr delivered his " I have a dream" speech.
