- Hello, my fellow Americans. I would like to introduce myself: Amanda Freeman, proud mother of my 3 fur babies. My fur babies are as if I birthed them myself; they are 100% my children. I am their mother who has been diagnosed with cardiac heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, and a blood clot in my lungs just surfaced. I am 43 years old, and my fur babies are my world. Every breath I take, every morning I wake, I owe it all to them and to God. But we all know how serious this is, and we are trying our best to prepare for what lies ahead of us. My babies give me the hope and the courage I lack so much of, and for that, I am thankful for each and every one of them. They make me who I am today. So I'm here asking my fellow Americans, can we show them how America appreciates the unconditional love each one of them has given me? Last but not least, faith, something I did not know I had. Children of 3, you will be blessed.... This is my life and the story we share.
