Hi, my name is Julio, and I’m an electrician who depends on my tools to earn a living and support my family. Unfortunately, my work van was stolen, and with it went all of my electrical tools—the very equipment I need to do my job. After working hard to replace what I could, it happened again. My tools were stolen a second time.
This all happened at the start of my new year, 2026—a year I hoped would be about moving forward, working hard, and building stability. Instead, it began with a major setback that I never expected.
What makes this even harder is that neither the company I work for nor the insurance company will cover the loss or offer any reimbursement. These tools came out of my own pocket, and without them, I can’t work at full capacity—or at all.
Electricians invest thousands of dollars into tools over years of hard work. Losing them twice has put me in a tough financial position, but I’m not giving up. I’m asking for help to replace the essential tools I need to get back to work and continue providing for my family.
Any donation—big or small—means more than I can express. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser also helps tremendously. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for supporting me during this difficult time.
