MY 13YR OLD SON JUSTINS OPEN HEART SURGERY

Justin is not only my son but he's my whole world and On march 5th 2019 he is about to go through something very serious, open heart surgery. Justin is 13 years old and has autism. He is also the most loving and caring person I have ever known. Im so proud to be his mom. We recently found out that Justin has a serious congenital heart defect which is called Anomalous coronary artery. This condition could cause sudden death if not treated so we have no choice but to put Justin through this very serious surgery. Im grateful that we found this out before something bad happens but at the same time Im horrified to watch my little boy go through something so serious, there are many risks. Being scared for my son's life is the worst feeling in the world. Im worried about what justin has to endure. Due to his autism its very hard for him to understand certain situations and why certain things have to be done. Its breaking my heart for me to have to explain what he's about to go through. I know he is going to be more then scared and this is just so heart breaking for me. Insurance will not cover everything that he needs to have done and financially I can not afford these medical costs .I must take a leave of absence from work in order to get my son through this surgery and be able to take care of him as he re-covers. No one understands him the way I do, he needs me. This will not be easy. My family relies on me to provide for them. This is causing me not only a financial hardship but extreme worry. I need to know I can take care of Justin, my 2 year old daughter and my 15 year old autistic step son with out the worry of how I will support them during this very difficult time. I just pray my son gets through this , please keep him in your prayers. Justin is such a wonderful loving kid, he has a huge heart and always tries to take care of me , he puts everyone he loves before himself, he has one of the biggest hearts I have ever known. Anyone who has had the pleasure of getting to know him says what a wonderful kid he is, Im so lucky to have him. My heart goes out to all families going through hard times. Im not only praying for my son but for all the children and families going through something serious. If anyone feels they can help me just know me and my family would be extremely grateful.
