My 100 km journey for Alzheimer Society of Canada

This month, in honour of my dad and his upcoming birthday, I'm running a total of 100 km to raise money for Alzheimer Society of Canada.

In 2020, my dad, Carlo, was diagnosed with early onset dementia at 59 years old. Since then, I've embarked on a health and wellness journey to ensure I am living the happiest, healthiest life. I have never been into running, but wanted to do something that would push me mentally and physically while honouring my Dad. I am documenting my journey on my Instagram, while sharing what I have learned since his diagnosis.

My family and I would appreciate any support on this journey!
