Justice for Jon

Jon Morton was bigger than life. His humor and his giving nature enriched the world around him. He lived for cruises and his dogs.

On May 2, 2020, Jon's life was cut tragically short by his unexpected drowning. He was 33.

There was never an investigation.

If you know us, you know the story. We are fighting for justice and a full investigation regarding his death. Together, our family has retained an attorney and a private investigator. For us to get vital information that would hopefully help get us some answers, we are facing additional costs related to retaining an additional lawyer - for legislation in another state - and possibly expert witnesses.
