I don’t know how to start this, honestly I feel embarrassed asking for help. I need help reaching my goal for top surgery. I was supposed to have it last year but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to push it back a year.

I have the paperwork, I did the down payment two years ago now. But due to a lot of stuff going on in my life… I won’t be able to finish paying it off and will lose my down payment and appointment for my top surgery.

If we could hit this goal by October, I would be so thankful. Please, from the bottom of my heart I ask for help.
