My name is Cassie Clingan and I was diagnosed in November 2015 on my 31st birthday that I have Hodgkins Lymphoma. I am a single mother of 2 beautiful children, Gabriel (8 yrs) and Lucia (9 months). I started treatment in December 2015 at Moffitt Cancer Center. Hodgkin lymphoma is curable and treatable, which is a blessing. During these treatments consist of medications, outpatient surgery, nutrition, and special diet. Through the power of prayer I have been feeling the good vibes. With the diagnosed I have occurred medical bills and I have not been able to work. Each treatment costs around $5,000 my portion is 10% and I receive treatment every other Friday. I also have prescriptions and a diet plan to follow which at times can be costly. I have managed with most of this on my own and still caring for both my children.
