As most of you already know, I've been fighting colon cancer for almost two years now. It started out as a couple of misdiagnoses that eventually turned into the fight of my life. On top of several bouts of pneumonia and infections, it's been a long road, and I've still got a ways to go.

In January, when I finish my last chemo session, they will then look at my scans to determine whether the cancer is gone or if I need to continue with the treatment. After all that is determined, I will need at least 6 months of rehab and stemcell treatment to get my body back to normal and also deal with the cancer-related cognitive impairment (CRCI) that I've been dealing with for the past two months due to the chemo meds.

I've been asked several times recently if I had a page that people could donate to. As much as I've never considered making one of these pages, cancer is f****** expensive! Especially when i've been on medical leave from work for the past two years. I can't even imagine what people with no insurance go through when I'm spending a couple thousand a month with insurance.

So in closing, for all that have asked, here it is! And don't anyone feel obligated to donate if you don't want to! Trust me when I say this... The text messages, the conversations, and the phone calls that I get from you guys telling me to keep going are all I need in this world to get through this!
