Help me help my mama

My mother recently gave birth to my baby brother prematurely due to preeclampsia. After giving birth she started having different type of episodes where she couldn’t walk or even get up. That went on for months until one morning she woke up and thought she was having a heart attack. I was home from college to help out due to her illness this morning it was different. I was scared. I never show my emotions to her, because I wanted to be strong for her and let her know that I’m here for my brothers, sister, and my dad when she’s not. This morning was I couldn’t be strong. All she keep saying was she’s having a heart attack. So I rush her to the hospital they do an EKG and say everything is ok. So they then they run a lot of other test and they do an Echocardiogram and finds out that her mitral valve had broken. Which means she had to have emergency open heart surgery. 37 years old and have to have open heart surgery she was terrified and so was I.  The surgery was a success, but now is the hard part recovery. I have 2 little brothers 19 months and 7 months and a sister that’s 14. My dad does everything he can, but we still come up short sometimes. She’s not able to work at the moment and she can barely take care or even hold my brothers which is tough for a mother. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
