My name is Megan, my wife is Keilia, and we are proud owners of a small pack of furbabies that we adore. Recently our family experienced a tragedy where unexpectedly we lost 2 of our dogs 5 days apart from unrelated causes. Halo was the newest and final member of our family at 10 months old, and Lexi was our first girl dog together at 4.5 years old. Lexi wasn't feeling well and when we took her to the doctor, we found out that her body was shutting down. The doctor believes she had a cancerous brain tumor which was the cause of all her health problems.

Lucian is a big honey bear! He is my heart and I feel helpless right now. On Wed the 15th Louie started vomiting and having diarrhea. We figured it must have been the new food topper I have him not sitting right. When he continued to throw up Thursday and was having liquid poo, we took him to the vet. $785 later, he's still have major diarrhea and now there's blood in his stool. The doctor ruled out pancreatitis, and we're praying it's just some random bacterial thing that only God knows how he would have picked up. All our babies are on a healthy diet, exercise daily, and are up to date on all shots.

After the passing of Lexi and Halo, we decided to invest in insurance for everyone. We have 5 dogs currently; having adopted a puppy whom came with a plethora of health issues of her own. However; because these health issues have begun within the waiting period, they are considered a pre-existing condition.

We are literally tapped out at the moment. I work full time and my wife is starting a new career this week. If anyone is willing to donate to help us help Lucian get an ultrasound and any more labs he needs, we would be forever grateful.
