It's official, Vulgar Yogi is going to the USA National Yoga Competition!

 

After 16 years of yoga, and many more of competition training, I'm heading out to Iowa on July 29th to represent California Hot 8 Yoga, and The Artist Tree as I fulfill my dream of becoming the National Yoga Champion.

 

As most of you know, I'm a holistic enthusiast, vegan, and movement is my primary source of medicine. As an advocate for mental health, I've used all the negative experiences in my life to create something beautiful. I'm so excited for this opportunity to inspire my students to know that they can do anything they put their minds to. The body can change, and so can the mind.

 

In reality, however, attending these competitions is not cheap. From registration to flights, to taking off of work to train, the costs really add up.

 

Thus, I'm hoping to gain support from those who believe in me most. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
