Help save Yanni!
Donation protected
Hi everyone! Four years ago I adopted the sweetest, silliest cat from Austin Pets Alive. It was love at first sight between him and my son, Bruce. Since then Yanni has had a multitude of health issues. He’s lost a crazy amount of weight, and stopped eating. Today he was diagnosed with:
Today’s vet visit set me back $900. They feel hopeful that we can save his life with ongoing treatment, but it’s going to be costly. Right now the game plan is, with an adjusted diet, and medication, to get him strong enough for a radioactive isotope treatment that will fix his thyroid issue. If this isn’t dealt with, it will kill him. The procedure, along with some prep stuff, should run another $2100 or so.
I am going to follow this game plan no matter what. In the words of my son, “Yanni is family, and family takes care of each other.”
I know times are tough for everyone, but if you are able and willing to help me avoid taking on more debt for this then my adorable little family will be eternally grateful. Please believe me when I say that every single dollar will help, and that I will pay it forward in spades with my undying love and gratitude.
