While headed home from work on November 22nd, someone blew a red light and hit us. Thankfully everyone in both cars was okay but my car is totaled. After calling his insurance recently they told me my claim was denied because he was using the car for “business” so he broke the terms of his insurance and they will not be paying for my car. I struggled all summer to save up for my car and now I'm back to square one again; I will be filing a lawsuit I just need a replacement car so I can get back on track and get to school/work again in the meantime. Unfortunately, since my car was older, I only had liability through my own insurance company and can't do anything on that end. I know times are tough and the holidays are amongst us, but if you could spare any little bit to help me get another "Beater with a heater" I would be eternally grateful, thank you in advance.
