Our friend Deborah Wallace, resident of Hillsborough, NC, has been gravely affected by flooding that occurred on 7/6/25 due to Tropical Storm Chantal. Her home, which is near the Eno River, has been severely damaged and will require a large-scale renovation to make it livable again. Nearly all of her furniture has been lost, along with many other personal possessions. Her car was completely totaled. While we appreciate the local volunteer efforts that have provided some assistance to Deborah so far, she is in need of substantial funding to begin rebuilding her life.
