It is never easy to ask for help; however, I am faced with a life-threatening situation and am in dire need of financial support to undergo a vital Aortic Root Surgery, which must be completed before the end of the Spring of 2024.

I have had Emergency Ascending Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) surgery at Weill Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital, a few years ago after suffering a heart attack in 2005 and have had continuous monitoring and follow up treatment at Weill Cornel New York Presbyterian Hospital from then to now. The treatment was and still is inclusive of Ischemic Attacks, tissue from the aorta travelling to the right common carotid artery obstructing the blood flow to my brain, thereby dissecting the artery and over the years maintaining and monitoring the stability of the blood flow to my brain and overall medical disposition.

As aforementioned, this procedure has been maintained over the years; however, the surgeon who saved my life before has indicated that it is now URGENTLY NECESSARY for me to have Aortic Root Surgery at Weill Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York; a procedure that must be completed by the end of this Spring, if not before.

I am humbly requesting your financial support t achieve this goal please.

This is costly procedure which is urgently needed and time is of the essence. My own funds have been depleted with medical testing and preliminaries which attained to this diagnosis. Thus far I do not have Medical Insurance to go forward with surgery.

Prior to retiring, and thereafter, I have been refused health insurance coverage with prominent companies, therefore, all efforts are being made to raise the funds needed for the Aortic Root Surgery.

Your financial support is URGENTLY NEEDED, as the successful completion of this procedure is what will SAVE MY LIFE!

The prior AAA surgery cost $200,000 at that time and the hospital is now compiling their information needed for this Aortic Root Surgery since I am a "Self-Pay Patient."
