Knee Reconstruction Surgery

I was playing basketball about a month ago and came down on my leg the wrong way and blew out my knee. I'm asking $3000 just to help me get through the pre-surgery fees, my wife and I have already paid about $2000 as of now we still have a ways to go and it's difficult for us to get money because I can't work.
 I've paid about $2000 right now and the surgery totals to over $20,000. I'm just asking for help to cover the pre-surgery cost because I should be able to start working afterwards and can take of the rest myself but right now my credit cards are maxed and I have no other options. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
