My previous cockatiel, Mochi, was allowed to escape while I was away due to slipping out of an open door without being secured in his cage.

I have always intended to care for a cockatiel for a long time and would like some help getting a new one if possible. I would appreciate any and all help as I intend to take stricter measures for the future. Thank you.
