Help Luke Lowe get the surgery he needs.

Aloha, my name is Danika, I've been friends with Luke for a few years now. He's one of the most kind, caring, generous, solid dudes I know. We have been working together as photographers for years. As someone who also follows this same passion, I know how hard it is to be financially well off being an artist. He's the kind of guy that would go out of his way to help others. Let's get together and do the same for him!

When I heard the news about Luke's moped accident in Bali I was crushed to hear how something so tragic could happen. A vehicle hit him and left him fighting for his life. The accident left him with 6 face fractures, a broken jaw, broken cheeks, a slight brain bleed, and needs surgery urgently. He doesn't have any medical insurance, so the expenses will be a heavy burden for him during recovery. We are still waiting on some more information about recovery time. More updates will be posted once we know.

The donations will be used to help with:

Medical bills such as the surgery and hospital stay,

Any lack of work while he's out healing from this accident,

& any physical therapy he might need after the surgery.

Luke's backstory:

Luke moved to Bali full time from Maui HI to work on his career as a creative and document more of the world through his eyes. He's never been one to follow the 9-5 work flow and never really followed the money, but instead passions. Luke is hardworking, creative, and such a ray of sunshine to be around.

10/30/2023: The brain bleeding has been stopped. Luke is going to be scheduled for surgery.

11/1/2023: First surgery went well, he is being transferred to another hospital in Bali. The surgery fixed his nose, put metal plates in his jaw to reconnect it. Luke is resting his body before he can have anything else done.
