Hospital Bills

My name is Gurkirat Singh. I came from india 8 months ago and I got in a car accident a month ago. I’m not able to walk anymore and I don’t know how long it will take for me to walk again. My family conditions aren’t that good either. I don’t have any money to pay my bills or for myself. I don’t even have any family here that would be able to take care of me.
