I am attempting to get enough money to purchase a three wheel electric trike. If I can get one it will help strengthen my legs. I have a rare neurological disorder called Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) which is similar to MS. I have been in a wheelchair for three years but afflicted with CIDP for 18 years but wheelchair bound for three. My doctor said leg exercises will help me to keep some muscle mass and this trike would help me do that. The trike is an electric one but has pedals. That way if I tire, I can switch to the motor to get home. Any help would be appreciated. The Trike's cost is$1400.00 but an extra battery is $500. They're made by the Liberty Tike Co.
