First off let me start off with a prayer may Allah’s (God) enrich and guide all of you who have taken the time out to read this fundraiser. Ameen

These are Muzzammil and Hannia; they have recently lost their father to cancer. Their father was a young man 35 years old who went for colon surgery for removal of the cancer on 8/9/23, post-surgery his body started shutting down and he passed away on 8/14/23. Now these two children have been left fatherless who was the chief breadwinner for their family, although their mother is still alive, she was primarily a homemaker and at this point will not be able to cover the coming expenses that their family faces. This family has faced two additional losses in the span of two months, Muzzamil and Hannia’s little brother passed away three weeks prior to their father, and right before the father’s passing their grandmother had also passed. The family has had to experience loss on multiple levels, although these kids might not be able to understand all that they have lost, but the death of a father can be felt. We are hoping to relieve some of the pain of these losses by asking the community at large to assist funds that are needed to cover living and residential costs for the family. We pray that this family finds peace in their time of grieving and hope that with the generosity of this community can assist with their coming life struggles.
