In loving memory of Lee Peacock

As a family, we would like to raise some money for Bridgewood House Care Home who looked after our loving Mum with so much love and care. The staff are very special individuals and we are all very grateful to each and every one of them.

Floral tributes will be sent by the immediate family. As a family we would prefer a donation of any amount to the Nursing Home for the appreciation of the care given to our Mum in the time she spent with them.

We will have a donation box at the Crematorium on the day for those who prefer to make a donation on the day.
