We're raising funds for the remaining costs of a dumpster rental, garbage pickup, and monthly water bill for our friends living at a primitive camp for unhoused folks in Northwest Florida. Volunteers will use the dumpster to clear out 5 vacated campsites to provide space for others to safely move in.
If we're able to meet this immediate need, we hope to continue this fundraiser for additional mutual aid projects that contribute directly to the longevity and prosperity of the campground, it's residents, and the forest it resides in.

- Truck rental to clear vacated camps from inside the forest out to the road where the dumpster will be located -- Complete!
- Repair and replace dilapidated fence surrounding the property
- Provide essential items for residents, such as food, sleeping bags, tents, tarps, tools, and clothing
- Clean and protect the solar charging station from wood rot, then artistically paint it with everyone at the camp
- Add a camp stove and percolator to the community picnic area
- Remove invasive plants and cultivate a native, edible garden
- Monthly support with mortgage, water, and garbage pickup
- Expand the capacity of the solar charging station with an additional battery (that you likely helped us build!)
We welcome all methods of support, whether that's through information sharing, skillset building, financial assistance, artistry, groundskeeping, gardening, problem solving, etc. Whatever ya wanna. Everything for everybody.

We rented a truck and spent Sunday cleaning and filled up the entire 30-yard dumpster!

We'll head back this weekend to continue the cleanup. Huge thank you to everyone who loves and supports our forests and our friends who reside in them :)
