Mutual aid request to help Leigh pay rent

Hi! I'm Leigh and I am reviving this previous fundraiser that I had running in 2024 - any funds raised were already used for rent, food and medical expenses at the time.

I recently left a job because of the continued combination of physical and mental health issues impacting on my ability to work (recovering from spinal surgery, inflammatory autoimmune arthritis, chronic pain, heart issues, major depressive disorder and CPTSD).

I am able to access government support, but the first full payment will not be until the end of July, and also will not cover rent on its own. I don't have a partner or parents who could provide regular financial support to assist me in this situation. So I've decided to attempt to raise funds this way. I acknowledge that we have all been hit hard by the cost of living crisis, but if you can afford to help me out in any way I would be incredibly grateful.

Any funds raised would go towards rent, food for myself and my cat, bills and medical expenses.
