Dear ones I am sharing this mutual aid effort for my friend Reina. She is an incredible soul with huge gifts she feels called to share and I would love to mobilize community to support her during an urgent and challenging time.

In Reina's own words:

2025 left with a bang that forced me to focus on self care straight away in 2026. I slipped on black ice while walking to my building’s front door from my car and broke my kneecap on December 18th. The injury resulted in my inability to drive and work since the fall. I live alone away from friends and family who could assist me and I will not be able to return to work for at least another month. I have two dogs, Luca & Layla, who thank God are here with me. We are keeping each other company during this winter. I was previously doing work that would require more physical exertion than I am capable of and I am currently applying to positions that are easier on my body and more sustainable. I am also planning on moving closer to friends and family.
