Roisin Tansey, a five year from Co. Mayo Ireland, was 3½ when she tumbled on the couch and lost the power in her hands. An MRI discovered a Chiari Malformation in her brain, and this with the impact of the tumble, left Roisin paralyzed from the neck down. Roisin, with her mom Breda, has come to the Frazier Institute in Louiville, Kentucky, so that Roisin can participate in a 3-month pediatric neuro-recovery program.
