"Neighbors called The Cat Squad Rescue to help a wonderful dog named Luna who has been chained for seven years outside in the Village of Ossining, NY". The owner refuses to take Luna inside. We have video and documentation of her left out and abandoned in 20-degree temperatures and also 96 degree temperatures, sometimes with no food, no water, and nobody home.
Luna NEVER goes inside the home and is NEVER walked. Luna lives her life on a chain 24/7, she is suffering and needs to be saved. Over the past 2 years photos show that Luna is thin and her heath is at risk. The Village of Ossining and the SPCA have refused to Help Save Luna.
As of the week of July 16 to July 23 Luna who is a White Husky was left alone for 24 hours a day in temperatures of 93 degrees to 96 degrees. There was a National Weather advisory for those days which means that the Tether Law that was passed by the Village of Ossining has been VIOLATED . The owner has committed extreme acts of animal cruelty for the past 7 years.
The purpose of this Campaign is to help raise funds for our legal representation. Our attorney for The Cat Squad Rescue plans to take legal action to Free Luna.
Luna has suffered for 7 years on a chain ALONE. These are serious acts of animal cruelty. We will not give up on Luna.
The Cat Squad Rescue has been fighting for her freedom for 2 years!
Please Help Us Give Luna A Life of Freedom and Love!
Justice For Luna!
Thank You So Much!
