Mom of 2 battles with stage 3 breast cancer

Someone who is very important to me has been going through a rough point in her life. As someone who cares for her deeply (knowing she would do the same for anyone close to her in a heartbeat) I wanted to create a fundraiser to help aid her with all the recent unexpected medical expenses she is managing.

I am aware she isn't 100% comfortable with her diagnosis being shared publicly, because I respect her privacy. I won't be naming her today. However, that won't stop me from allowing you, who is reading this, to get to know a little about her.

This is a girl who is known for being the most loving, kind-hearted, selfless and caring person by anyone that knows her. She is the one person who will do her absolute all just to put a smile on your face. She has truly created a world in which she values her health, family, friends, and faith in Islam. If you knew her, you just knew how bright her light shines on everyone she meets. She is a mother to two beautiful young children. A son who's started elementary school and a daughter who is a toddler. She's beautiful, intelligent, kind, and so much more. She genuinely tries to give everyone a piece of her happiness even if she's at her lowest. And now she's proven exactly that to me at this time.

The end of summer of 2022 while she was visiting family was when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After getting this news, as most would be she was shocked. She was young and healthy and cancer wasn't something that was common in her family (alhamdulillah). Nonetheless she took more scans and remained hopeful.

This is when she shared the news with me and others close to her, we were all automatically at her side. I insisted and went with her to her next appointment after her scans came in.

After laying out all the stages she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. During this appointment was the first time I saw her glowing smile break in front of me. She was in the process of chemotherapy and despite the fact that it was one of the most difficult experiences someone could have, she made herself proud and battled despite it. She then prepared Herself and had undergone her first surgery, a partial mastectomy with lymph node removal and while having hope in that she had to go through hearing that the cancer is not completely gone and she has to keep going.

Due to this drastic life change she was forced to leave everything behind from her home state and move states to be closer to family so she can get the help, care, and support she needed for herself and her children.

We are asking for your help to support her and her family through this difficult process while she gets treatment and tries to rebuild her life. These donations will help towards covering relocation expenses as well as past and future medical bills so that she can focus on her treatment and healing process. Even if you cannot donate, anything helps- words of encouragement, prayers, anything to help her through this is beyond appreciated.

We are firm in our faith and know Allah has a plan for her life and are asking for prayers in these tough times.
