Hi I'm Christian Henry. I'm a senior at Ithaca High School. I'm raising money to direct, produce and perform with Erin Hilgartner, The Last Five Years by Jason Robert Brown. It's my final project for my WISE class at Ithaca High School.
Erin and I have wanted to do this show since we were freshman and every year since then we said that it was something that we had to do. Now, we're doing it! The performances are June 2-4 (Friday and Saturday at 7, Sunday at 2) at the IHS Blackbox. It's really exciting because we're following through with a dream of ours.
The main expense is the $1,200 that it cost to purchase the rights for the show. IHS generously fronted me the money, and now I have to pay them back!
There will be other expenses as I embark on this wonderful journey (costumes, set, etc.) So I'm hoping to raise $1,500.
