My name is Jillian and I have been a Girl Scout for 12 years. Throughout my life, I have seen multiple family members struggle with memory loss and dementia issues. Because of this, I have decided to combine my passion and years in music with my local senior center's memory care unit. I will be providing an outdoor music area with multiple percussive instruments at the senior center. This will give the residents an opportunity to enjoy the outside while having a little fun with music. This is where I plan to use my GoFundMe. The large cost of each individual instrument means I need help affording as many as possible in order to provide the best experience for the residents.
