This is my son... Michael Jason Morgan

This story has become national news. He opened to save his business, that he worked 25 years to build, from ruin because of mandatory shutdowns he abided by at first, but after applying for all the stimulus assistance and being denied, he had no choice but to open. 

He feels his constitutional rights have been violated, as do I and his attorney.

He has been given a citation and because of the attention, his legal fees and other financial pressures are mounting. Below is the story...
