My name is Dr. Mahmoud, a pharmacist from Gaza. I used to work in a medical warehouse, helping my community with everything I had — until this brutal war changed everything.

In one moment, I lost my home. My younger brother was killed before my eyes. My little son was severely injured and now lives with a permanent disability. The pain we endure is beyond words, but I chose not to give in to despair.

Instead, I chose to act.
