Murphy’s Flight for Life

I have had the pleasure of knowing Brian Murphy (aka Murphy) for 11 years now. He is a great husband and father to 3 beautiful children. One thing I have come to know about Murphy is that he has a heart of gold. He would do anything for you or his family and is a huge asset to his sporting club. He was there for all of his mates in time of need when tragedy struck their sporting community. So a few months ago at the age of 39 years Murphy had a reaction, what that reaction is the doctors do not know. He is now on life saving medicine as he has now become anaphylactic. Since his diagnosis he has had a number of hospital stays here in Adelaide and in Whyalla and has had heart surgery. With Murphy being the main income earner in the family you can imagine how tuff and stressful it is. With medical bills building up and his wife just gave birth to their 3rd baby a few months ago. Murphy has now been given the okay to be part of a trial drug to help him hopefully live a normal life again, BUT he has been told that this trial drug can only be administered here in Adelaide. He has to make 4 trips to Adelaide for his treatment so I have started this page to raise money to fund his flights and stay here in Adelaide..
