Often Seen Rarely Spoken is raising funds for a MURAL ACTIVATION along the north facing wall leading to the 6th / Hill viaduct in Old Louisville.
This mural will engage viewers, speak to the community and add a new artistic landmark to the Old Louisville neighborhood. The design will include large bold shapes, colors and an uplifting quote or word. A 3 year maintenance program has been built in to counter graffiti.
Conceptual partnership with local business’ and community members is highly encouraged.
