The Portmarnock Community Association (PCA) is raising funds to commission a local Dublin artist "Decoy" to create a beautiful mural across the six wall panels of the beach shelters.

Decoy charts the walls of Dún Laoghaire and beyond with tides of colour, memory, and form.

This project will celebrate our vibrant community, enhance the seafront, and create a welcoming space for residents and visitors alike. Every donation, big or small, brings us one step closer to making this vision a reality.
