Munyaradzi currently battling kidney failure

I am helping my friend Munyaradzi and his wife. They are aware of my efforts to assist them and this is their story below.

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,

I am reaching out to share the story of my incredible husband, Munyaradzi Chibaya, who is facing an overwhelming challenge. As the father of our beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Royally, and my partner in everything, he is the pillar of our family. Unfortunately, Munyaradzi is currently battling kidney failure and is at Stage 5 which is the last stage, and his doctors have advised that the only solution is a kidney transplant.

Over the past year, his health has rapidly declined. Despite his strength and determination to keep fighting, the toll on his body is undeniable. His doctors have confirmed that a kidney transplant is now his best chance at survival and returning to the life he loves—being an amazing husband, father, and active member of our community.

Unfortunately, the process for a transplant is long, expensive, and filled with uncertainty. The medical bills, pre-transplant care, post-surgery recovery, and the cost of medications are substantial. We are also looking for ways to help Munyaradzi stay as healthy as possible in the meantime. This is where we need your help.

We’ve set up this GoFundMe campaign to help alleviate some of the financial burden we are facing. Your generous donations will go directly toward:

• The costs of the kidney transplant surgery which will be approximately $20 000 alone

• Post-transplant medications and doctor visits

• Ongoing medical care during his recovery

• Travel and accommodation expenses for medical appointments and treatments

• Day-to-day living expenses as we navigate this difficult time
