Munch needs our help

My name is Cristina. We have 2 dogs both 5 years old. Munch and Chica, they’re brother and sister.

Munch started having pain 2 weeks ago, he would cry out when We’d touch him. He was in so much pain, he would just shake. I took him to the vet and the diagnosis, inflammation of the spinal cord, he was prescribed medication. We’ve been following his medication regimen for the last 2 weeks, and his condition has worsened. The solution now is surgery, and sooner rather than later before he is permanently paralyzed of his hind legs. It has been very painful for my 13 year old son and myself watching him suffer and no longer being the loving munch we know. He has lost the strength and ability to use the restroom on his own and slowly and painfully losing more abilities even simply sleeping which he loves and does best.

Munch hace 2 semanas empezo con dolor, gritaba cuando lo agarraba, pues lo lastimaba, estaba en mucho dolor porque temblaba asi lo lleve al vet, el diagnostico

inflamacion de la espina, estubo en medicamento por 2 semanas, pero su condicion a empeorado. La solucion es cirugia, pero tiene q ser pronto, antes de q quede paralyzado totalmente de sus piernas. Ya para mi hijo de 13 años y para mi es muy doloroso verlo sufrir, y mas ver lo complicado que es ir a defecar, porque no puede sostenerse en posicion para hacer sus necesidades.
