In the villages we serve, children wake up every day facing challenges no child should ever know — drinking from contaminated streams, missing school because they have no supplies, and suffering silently because they lack basic hygiene or medical care. And young girls lose their chance at education simply because they do not have sanitary pads to keep themselves clean, protected, and dignified.
But today, you can change that.
Your gift helps us fill Barrels of Blessings that bring clean water, dignity, education, and hope to thousands of children and families living in extreme poverty.

CLEAN WATER SAVES LIVES
In rural Cameroon, 90% of illnesses come from contaminated water. When we arrive in the villages, the first thing we notice is the complete lack of clean water. Families walk miles just to collect unsafe water from streams, swamps, or holes in the ground.
To help them access any water at all, we build traditional wells, which are more affordable and allow villagers to collect rainwater. But these wells dry up during the dry season, and the water is not clean.
The permanent solution is pump wells, which provide clean, safe water year‑round. But pump wells are extremely costly, and so far we have only been able to build a few.
Meanwhile, to keep families alive, we distribute Sawyer water filters so they can filter whatever water they can find — from streams, rivers, puddles, or traditional wells. Each filter gives clean water to 50 people, protecting them from deadly diseases like cholera, dysentery, typhoid, polio, and E. coli.
Goal: 300 Water Filter Packs
Cost Breakdown (per pack):
• Sawyer Water Filter — $22.50
• Shipping & Transport — $2.50
• Bucket — $15
• Labels — $1
• Installation Costs — $6
• Misc. Expenses — $3
➡️ Total per Water Filter Pack: $50

PERIOD PADS KEEP GIRLS IN SCHOOL
Many girls cannot afford period pads. Some sit over holes in the ground to bleed. Some use rags or leaves. Most stop going to school the moment they get their period — too embarrassed, too ashamed, too unprotected, and often expelled once they can no longer hide the blood.
A sanitary pack gives a girl privacy, dignity, and the chance to continue her education.
Goal: 1,000 Sanitary Packs
(Modeled after Days for Girls International kits)
Cost Breakdown (per pack):
• Reusable Pads (5 pads) — $10
• Cotton Panties (2 pairs) — $8
• Antibacterial Soaps (2 bars) — $2
• Hygiene Bag — $3
• Laundry Soap — $1
• Washcloth + Small Towel — $1
• Hygiene & Menstrual Education Materials — $1
• Transportation & Distribution — $4
➡️ Total per Sanitary Pack: $30

FIRST‑AID MEDICAL SUPPLIES
Many villages have no clinic. A small cut can become infected. A simple wound can become life‑threatening. Most people lose their lives from easily treatable diseases — infections, fevers, wounds, and illnesses that would be minor if medical care were available.
This is why we bring a mobile hospital once a year, serving more than a thousand people in a single day. But in between missions, families still need basic supplies to maintain minimum healthcare and protect their children.
Cost Breakdown:
• Bandages — $1
• Antibacterial Ointment — $2
• Wound‑Care Items — $3
• Basic First‑Aid Kit — $10
