Help a mum get back on the road

Hi my name is Renee,

single mum of 7, having twins this year I needed to update my 7 seater car,

so I used money I had to buy a car at auctions a 9seater car in July $7700, add on fees $777.12= $8477.12

then I got my rwc done plus service $450

Then I paid transfer fees to vic roads $374.29

then it went in to the mechanics after owning it 6 weeks, suspected coil pack,

so then I paid rego on it $197.83 for the 3 months,

mechanic rings to let me know it’s not the coils and paid mechanic $50 for the time and took it to another mechanic to diagnose it, costing me $156.31

to tell me the 4th cylinder has no compression and it would be cheaper to get a reconditioned engine with a quote of $11427.35

as I could not afford this I paid $99 to get the van towed back to my house, mean while I still had my old car so I just made it work,

but it needed new tyres $1100 no problem got it done,

then rego was over due so I paid that $197.83 again for 3 months, the the thermostat needed replacing so got that replaced $220 not to bad while changing it the hose that goes to the radiator moving broke the radiator as it was very brittle, so new radiator was $1100,

paid for tow another $99 and radiator was fixed.

October- Today it has now done the heads (milkshake) after filling the petrol tank .

so now I’m pleading for help as I’ve been completely drained of any funds I had

its not something I would ever do normally but I really have no other options.

I could get a car loan but I honestly couldn’t afford the repayments, considering I’m still paying my 7 seater.

I’ve had a tad bit of bad luck with cars this year well the last 3 months, and have been completely drained of funds any amount of help would be greatly appreciated.
