Hi, I’m Lani, and I’m asking for your help for my daughter, Chenelle Heritage — a single mum whose life was turned upside down by a devastating fire.

On Sunday, June 1st, a massive blaze tore through Dairy Court on Charlton Road in Andover, destroying 19 flats — including Chenelle’s. She, her 23-month-old son, and their gentle miniature schnauzer cross, Marley, escaped with their lives. But they lost everything else.

Gone in moments were:

• Her baby’s cot, pram, clothes, and toys

• All furniture, appliances, and carpets

• Their clothing and basic essentials

• Birthday gifts she’d lovingly saved for her son

• Even Marley’s bed, bowls, and comfort items

Most of it was bought on finance, and while the items are gone, the repayments aren’t.

Chenelle has always worked hard and asked for nothing — doing everything she could to create a safe, loving home for her son and dog. Now she’s facing the impossible: starting from scratch with a toddler in her arms and a frightened dog by her side.

We’re raising funds to help her:

• Replace baby essentials like a cot, clothes, toys, and pushchair

• Buy clothing and toiletries for herself

• Replace vital furniture and kitchen appliances

• Cover repayments for destroyed items

• Help Marley feel safe again with a new bed, crate, and supplies

• Begin rebuilding a safe and secure home for her small family
