hi my name is Naomi . Over 2 years ago a car went into my parents house . Believe it or not we are no more further on than we was that day . At the time my step dad was also building an extension so not only has the front of the property been ruined , they also had the back needing completion . It’s been on going battle regarding companies and builders not doing the right job and insurances etc . Why I’m asking for help as in those 2 years they have gone through there savings as they have had to fund both properties bills on just there pensions and savings . They are suppose to get this money back but they have had nothing . There both in there late 70s and I’ve never seen them so low , drained and worried . It broke my heart to hear my mum sobbing so much from the worry of getting through another winter and to finish off work with no funds to even do it . I can’t tell you how much the last 2 years have aged them and put them through . what I’m telling you is only a snippet . As a family we are trying our best to support them but I’m now reaching out to anyone who can help us help them as we are at breaking point . They don’t know I’m doing this but I really don’t know what else to do to help and it’s my last hope . I know they will appreciate any help they can get so many thanks x
