Hello,

My name is Greg Baker. I am currently suffering with Multiple Sclerosis. I was diagnosed back in 2010. Since being diagnosed my symptoms have degraded quite severely. Unfortunately I no longer have the ability to walk, work, drive or live a normal life anymore.

I am currently in an electric wheel chair full time and need 24 hour assistance. My muscles are getting to the point that transferring from my electric wheel chair and into a vehicle is getting very unsafe to do .

My wife and I were recently looking at getting a wheel chair accessible van, but with the high cost of living , single family income , and disability payments being a fraction of normal income it makes it really hard to be able to afford a new vehicle.

Being able to get this vehicle would really help for my family and a life changer for myself. It would make getting to and from my medical appointments easier and safer. I would be able to attend my son's school and extra curricular events and activities. Giving the state of my condition , Para Transpo isn't an option . It's hard to make an appointment and schedule a time of day when I don't know how my body is going to be.

The last thing I wanted to do was come online and ask complete strangers for assistance... but unfortunately I'm running out of options at my disposal.
